  Ike Zhang   (he, him, his)  Co-founder & COO  As a Management consultant by day, actor and producer   by night, Ike is passionate about  providing structure that doesn't inhibit artists' ability to be creative and spontaneous . He is also the founder of Toronto American Scholars, a mentorship program for low income first generation immigrants.

  Taryn Gilligan   (she, her, hers)   Co-founder & CMO  Taryn Gilligan   is a social media marketing consultant, abstract painter, and INFJ hailing from the heart of Boston. She has a passion for storytelling, self-expression, and  helping others find their voice so that they can better impact and serve their clients in a more efficient and authentic way .

  Fredo Darling   (he, him, his)   Director of Artist Development  Fredo believes that the only content worth spreading is that which inspires others and thrives on helping early-career artists rise through the ranks. In addition to freelance photography and  creative direction at BMW , he recently launched a small  online magazine  devoted to the human side of S.T.E.M.  Some teams Fredo's worked with:  The New England Patriots,   MIT, Microsoft, Boston College  , Marvel,   Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota,  and    Boston Globe Magazine.
